The Premium plan covers all administrative duties and remote management. Any additional physical presence required outside of routine inspections is transparently billed at our standard Time & Materials rate.

This initial investment covers your comprehensive property onboarding. It includes a secure key handover, the creation of bespoke inspection checklists tailored specifically to your home, and an in-depth initial walkthrough to document critical infrastructure—such as water shut-off valves, electrical panels, and smart home systems. This ensures we are fully prepared to protect your property from day one.
